Jim founded Brookhollow in 1973. He currently serves as Chairman and strategic advisor for the Company. Jim’s vast experience in the commercial real estate industry spans many cycles and encompasses countless projects in the Western United States. His activities at Dunn Properties and Pacific Enterprises have been deemed pioneering in the development of industrial and office product in Southern California.  Jim graduated from Stanford University with an A.B. Honors in Economics, and obtained his law degree at Hastings College of Law in California.
