Since 2014, Clay has focused exclusively on the acquisition, financing, and management of cold storage distribution properties throughout the United States, contributing to total projects exceeding $500 million in value and encompassing nearly 5 million square feet.

Prior to specializing in cold storage, Clay worked in commercial real estate lending at Wells Fargo Bank originating loans ranging from $10 million to $150+ million and serving customers with total relationship credit exposure exceeding $2 billion. Clay graduated from The University of Southern California where he majored in Business Administration and competed as an NCAA athlete.
