The partners have taken on various development projects throughout the years totaling more than 2 MM SF, including business parks, build-to-suits for users, and ground up Class-A industrial buildings. Brookhollow has long-standing and active relationships with a team of architects, contractors, environmental consultants, and civil engineers to form a seasoned development team for any project.
In recent years, Brookhollow has successfully taken on several development and entitlement projects from the beginning planning stage to the re-entitlement of new state of the art buildings.
