Jack serves as a Director in Brookhollow’s cold storage division, Condor Cold Storage. Jack comes from an institutional background, where he led the acquisition and disposition of approximately $1.2 billion of real estate encompassing over 4 million square feet. He previously worked at CenterSquare Investment Management, performing acquisitions across major western US markets for CenterSquare’s value-add and core-plus strategies. While serving as Senior Associate for Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, Jack was responsible for asset management of a large portfolio of assets including self-storage, healthcare, and student housing properties. He began his career as an Analyst with Eastdil Secured. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and holds a Certificate of Real Estate from UCLA. Jack is an active member of NAIOP and the IU Alumni Association.
