Brookhollow acquired the asset in 2017 with its long-standing partner PCCP. A major refurbishment has been implemented, introducing completely new lobbies, restrooms, and common areas. Centra Point is one of the premier office projects in Las Vegas with a major presence off the 215 Beltway at “The Curve”.
