Reposition Asset: Perfected the entitlements with the City of Costa Mesa enabling Brookhollow to conduct a unit sale program of 42 individual PUD units to users and investors. This project was a partnership between Brookhollow and Ameritas Life Insurance Company.

Results: All 42 units sold within 13 months of being released to the market and exceeded proforma returns.
