Strategy: Brookhollow had been managing this property for AEW/Persi for over a year. With a small tenant mix and short-term leases, Brookhollow continued its focus and intense marketing campaign to push rents and lengthen the average lease term.

Brookhollow also implemented some refurbishment projects, including painting the buildings, installing a new tenant monument sign, and building three new demised spec suites from a larger unleaseable suite.
