Southwest Logistics Center – Brookhollow teamed up with long-time partner PCCP to acquire a state of the art industrial building in the Southwest Market of Las Vegas. The project is 100% leased to a strong roster of tenants servicing the Las Vegas market.
Brookhollow will undertake a renovation plan including signage, paint, landscaping, and overall re-branding of the project. The building is a logical add-on to the industrial and office portfolio in the Las Vegas market, and sits about a mile away from Centra Point office campus, also owned with PCCP.
