Harriet Street is an approximately 40,000 SF cold storage facility located in the heart of Vernon, CA. This value-add project was purchased vacant in December of 2021. Condor Cold Storage recently completed a full renovation of the project to maximize returns and obtain a new tenant. This project is held in the Condor Cold Storage Fund with partner AEW Capital Management.
