Brookhollow will undertake a renovation plan including signage, paint, landscaping, and overall re-branding of the project. The building is a logical add-on to the industrial and office portfolio in the Las Vegas market, and sits about a mile away from Centra Point office campus, also owned with PCCP.

Aliso Viejo, CA – Brookhollow handled a major leasing assignment featuring a long term lease with Ambry Genetics, a US subsidiary of Konica Minolta. Ambry relocated within Aliso Viejo, consolidating various locations into one Class-A office facility, which will serve as the company’s HQ. The 110,000 SF property is considered the premier building in Aliso Viejo, with large prominence off the 73 Toll Road and features its own street named after the tenant occupying. The office has been previously occupied by Microsemi Corp.
