Development: The first phase comprised 138,520 square feet in seven buildings. The second phase included six buildings comprising 84,000 square feet. The project was developed in partnership with CIGNA Insurance Co.
Results: In the first phase, five of the buildings were sold to users and two were sold as leased investments. In the second phase, five of the buildings were sold to users and one was sold as a leased investment. Both projects exceed proforma returns.
