Fullerton Industrial Park

Acquired a 228,000 square foot industrial project with building sizes ranging from 4,500 to 24,000 square feet.

Reposition Asset: Worked with the City of Fullerton to record a condominium map which provided the opportunity for Brookhollow to sell off all the units to users and investors. This condo-conversion project was self-funded by Brookhollow with a Wells Fargo loan.

Results: The project sold out within 10 months of closing escrow and exceeded proforma returns.
